Yes, I’ve painted this beautiful blue landscape before. Don’t be surprised if I paint it again : )

  1. Wonderful colours! And so interesting to follow the work in progress. I don’t paint myself and it’s always a mystery to me how you painters do it, it looks like magic to me. And so many decisions to take in the process, aren’t there?

    1. Thank you! Yes, the process requires a lot of decisions… but you have to try to not overthink it too, so there’s a time for planning and a time for going with the flow (and also for ‘happy accidents’). Some days it seems like magic to me too : )

  2. Each work just explores different ‘layers’ of the same ‘moment in time’ – was my first thought in viewing. THIS, right HERE! Is why I’m a dweeb at art/making it, but why I love the layers explored by those who ‘can do’ such things! 🙂

    1. Maybe what I explore with colours and shapes, you explore with words… You’ve reminded me of a song by The Waterboys: “I wandered out in the world for years while you just stayed in your room ~ I saw the crescent ~ You saw the whole of the moon” : )

      1. Thank you for introducing me to that song/lyrics and after looking up/reading the lyrics/listening to the music? Love it! But then, too, I try to see the moon, while staying in my room – and often? Like right here in bloggy land? I see so much more of the moon – often! Than I would ever with just my own telescope – to me? We see the moon through each other’s eyes – :). Thank you!
